We do not accept advertisement which offend the provisions of -(a)The drugs & magic remedies (objectionable advertisements) act 1954 (b)The emblems & names (prevention of improper use) act 1950 (c)The prohibition act (d)The weights and measures (enforcement) act of various states(e) Our own code of standard(f)Reserve Bank of India rules and regulations (g)Any other acts or legislation in force.

Whereas every endeavor will be made to publish the advertisements on dates ordered, no guarantee can be given. They will be inserted on the nearest possible date.

In addition to the rates quoted, an amount equivalent to any tax/ surcharge, which the management may, for the time being, be called upon to pay on an advertisement, will be payable by the advertiser.

All advertisements are subject to cancellation without notice.

Advertisements are accepted in good faith and the management does not accept any liability for contents of advertisements, delays, omissions or errors in publication, forwarding replies etc.

While every endeavor will be made to avoid publication of competitive advertisement in close proximity to each other, no guarantee or undertaking can be given in this respect. In the event of publication of two competing advertisements on the same page, no claim for a make good will be entertained.

Minimum ad size is 20sqcm [5cm (h) x 4cm (w)].

Minimum size of horizontal strip is 165sqcm [5cm (h) x 33cm (w)]

Full page advertisement will be billed at 1716sqcm.

Advertisement above 47 in height will charged at 52cm & simultaneously above 30cm in width will charged at 33cm.

Entertainment rate will be applicable to those advts in which congratulation is given person to person only.

Front page semi-solus / solus height is fixed as 20 & 25 cms and width as 12 & 16 cms. Other size advertisements will be treated as an innovation & accordingly premia will be charged.

Complaints related to advertisement (regarding reproduction, pagination or any other) must be brought to our notice within a week of publication of advertisement.

All insertions / packages of a single RO should be completed within a 30 days period. RO that exceeds beyond the 30 days period will be treated as separate new insertion and will be billed accordingly.

Agency/client is liable to accept bills for payment, even in case of deviations in any of the said conditions.

Release Orders received at incorrect rates will be complied at the applicable tariff in force.

Booking of premium pages / position is required to be re-confirmed by the agency / client before date of its publication, although publication may reject any advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.

For Badhai/ Obituary advertisements placed on premia pages [i.e front/3rd/last], display rate will be charged.

Cancellation / rescheduling / modification of advt should be done 48 hrs prior to the date of insertion, otherwise 10% of card rate will be charged without trade discount.

Delhi edition is not a part of any package rate. Delhi edition rates would be charged separately.

All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur court.
